Lindsay and Brent ~ They Do ~ 07.30.10

There is just something about small intimate weddings that I absolutely love, maybe it's the fact that there are no bridal parties to contend with, or that the bride and groom are just more comfortable in a smaller setting, but regardless of the reasoning, the photos always have something special about them. Joe and I had the luck of getting to photograph two of these small intimate events back to back at the end of July, and it was an absolute blast.

Lindsay and Brent were married at the Manor House in Wildwood, and as luck may have it, their reception was inside the Manor House. This was pretty cool because you're normally not permitted to take any images inside the property, but in this case we were allowed. Prior to the ceremony we actually met up with Lindsay and Brent downtown to do their formal sessions, this cleared the rest of the day for us to just photograph from a photo-journalistic vantage point. Lindsay and Brent were just so great to work with, and extremely laid back, it just made our job that much easier.
